CynSkyn Shipping Policy
At CynSkyn, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience, including fast and reliable shipping for all of your skin care products. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth process.
Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
• Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak times, such as holidays or special promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
• We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Flat rate of $8.49 for all U.S. orders.
• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $85.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Currently, we only ship to the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Local Pickup (Illinois):
• We offer local pickup for customers in Illinois at no additional cost. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 1-2 business days. Pickup location and details will be provided in the email.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
• CynSkyn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages:
• If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped.

CynSkyn do not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items.
WHY NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES ? YOU MIGHT ASK..
Because you do not want to use skin care someone else has used, even if it was just once.
CynSkyn do not want to resell products someone else used.
As you may know CynSkyn is a small business located in Illinois. It is not possible for us to return any products back to our manufacture. To entertain any kind of return we would have to incur at least a 40% additional cost, which means to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to buy products you are going to keep and use.
Once again all sale are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
